At this year’s AADA Convention I asked Tom Stuker, one of the most recognized names in the auto sales training industry to finish a few sentences.

For those of you who don’t know Tom he’s appeared on CNN, 20/20 Nightline, Fox, the Today Show and hosted ASTN as well as starred in his own reality series Car Lot Cowboy on SPIKE TV.

I get annoyed when…people are rude.
